Just like how our mom circles invited conversation and by Sharing a similar concept with Suleika Jaouad’s The Book of Alchemy, we use a "Story-to-Prompt" method to move you out of autopilot and into reflection. By hearing a story first, you’re ready to dive into your own—turning collective wisdom into personal growth.
Each article and worksheet represents a monthly theme where local mothers gathered to share, connect, and grow. We’ve turned those fleeting gatherings and shAred moments into a pen-to-paper keepsake that will last forever and for other moms around the country to experience too.
Net proceeds directly fund our grassroots efforts and future Mamas On Missions community circles, ensuring that every mother has a sacred space to belong, heal, and grow.
