DTWB Publishing

Do The Work Books is a passion driven, independent publishing studio that supports authors with the development and design of their workbooks. We follow an author-subsidized business model and in exchange return a higher-than-industry-standard share of the proceeds to the author. We aim to adhere to professional publishing criteria to edit, design, produce, distribute, market and sell professional-quality books. 

DTWB is also a self-publishing servicer who design and consult with self-publishing authors. In this case it is the author who plays the publisher role. 

In both cases, DTWB is selective in what we publish and support to align with our mission and vision to reflect the interests and values of our company. 

DTWB may decline publishing and servicing authors if both parties' passion and specialization do not align.

  • Do The Work Books passion is to inspire and encourage putting pen to paper. The use of paper is integral for DTWBs which is why we are donating proceeds of our books to Forests Recovery Canada to go towards forest restoration initiatives and education.

    For every $4 earned in sales of our books a tree will be planted.
