From Page to Practice: How Joseph Luckett Turned a Global Networking Book into a Transformational Workbook

When Joseph Luckett published his groundbreaking book, Zero to 100: The Gold Standard of Global Networking, in 2021, he wasn’t just introducing another strategy book to the marketplace. He was shifting the culture of how we think about building professional relationships—emphasizing equity, intentionality, and measurable impact.

But now in 2025, Joseph decided to take it one step further.

With the vision of Zero to 100 the Workbook: The How-To Approach to Create REAL-ationships, he invites readers to do more than understand his system. He encourages them to apply it! That's where the true value lies. This new workbook takes the philosophy and structure of the original book and gives readers a guided, hands-on way to apply it to their own networking routines.

From Narrative book to Workbook

From Philosophy to Practice

The original book laid out a powerful framework: a system to assess the strength and authenticity of one’s network, grounded in Joseph’s REAL-ationship values—genuine, reciprocal, and inclusive connection-building.

But often when readers pick up a book showing the way, they are left with asking, “How do I actually apply this in my everyday life?”

The workbook is the answer.

Through exercises, reflection prompts, and tools like the “Caffeinated Moment Form,” Joseph helps readers identify the depth of their conversations, measure growth over time, and shift their approach to networking from reactive to proactive.

Why Create a Workbook from a Narrative Book?

We began collaborating with his team at the start of 2023. He needed a workbook to boost his consulting business and mentioned already having an editor and graphics manager to help with it. It was perfect timing since I had decided to focus on networking for my business that year, this project would help me reach my New Year's goal!

I love when synchronistic events like this happen…it was meant to be!

We worked together to turn his narrative into a workbook format. Instead of more content, the goal was more action: prompts, reflection, and frameworks that help people measure and control the quality of their connections.

If you already have a message inside a book, there’s a workbook inside it too.

Why a Workbook?

The workbook isn’t just a tool—it’s a practice. It asks you to notice the intention behind your calendar, the substance of your conversations, and the rhythm of your follow-up.

I had the honour of helping Joseph transform his methodology into a deeply interactive tool. Collaborating with him and his team meant diving into the core of his message—and discovering just how ready it was for workbook form.

If you’re a coach, strategist, or author who has a powerful message tucked inside a narrative book, there’s likely a workbook ready to
