Workbook Workout
let’s work out your workbook !
The Workbook Workout was designed to give those who need motivation to get going on their workbook dream and finally make it happen!
The Start-Up
After I finished several client workbooks, I realized my need for specific information from my clients as I ways always asking the same questions when we started discussing their workbooks. I collected these questions and made the Workbook Start-UP Kit for people interested in creating a workbook and to help them get started. It was also designed to show as an example how a workbook could be used to generate interactive prompts and visuals. The workbook includes a summary of the tools I use to engage the participant for each worksheet in the Kit.
My Start-Up
I noticed some clients finished the Workbook Start-Up Kit, but others needed help. So many people creating a book, or any creative project for that matter, struggle to stay motivated.
In 2021, I planned to lead an online workshop to guide others through starting a workbook and used the Kit as our guide.
Why a Workout?
If you are like me, then you understand the challenges of finding the necessary time and space to fully dedicate yourself to your goals, especially fitness related! This is precisely why attending a “fitness” class and establishing a regular routine play crucial roles in supporting and propelling your objectives forward. The Workbook Workout was designed with this in mind – providing a dedicated time and space for individuals to fully commit to and receive the necessary support for their experience as they embark on their workbook journey.
you are not alone
When I challenged myself to create my own workbook, I was fortunate to receive invaluable support from various individuals, each lending their unique expertise. Despite this assistance, I found myself grappling with a profound sense of solitude throughout the journey. The consistent absence of unwavering companionship or encouragement left me feeling discouraged and isolated.
Accountability and capability for the busy types
Just like a dedicated personal trainer, the Workbook Workout will provide you with essential accountability to help you stay committed to your journey. It offers steady support throughout the entire process and provides a flexible schedule that can easily accommodate your busy life as a business owner or other personal demands and commitments you may have going on. With its guidance and flexibility, you'll be empowered to stay on track and achieve your workbook goals.
Hey Thought Leader, this is for you!
You have a powerful message to share because you are a rising thought leader in your industry. Workout Routine
Every week in the Workbook Workout we review a chapter in the Workbook Start-Up Kit.
I start each chapter on the Monday by discussing the upcoming tasks for the week.
Throughout the week there are opportunities to ask questions, share your progress and provide feedback.
On Wednesday, I review the worksheet filled out keep our focus for the week.
By Friday, we have one last opportunity to wrap up the work for the week by setting up a group discussions or individual meetings to check that everything is going well.
