👥 Collaboration:

I was introduced to Konstantine at the end of 2021 and we decided to work together in 2022 using The Works Package to develop and design his workbook. Konstantine already had a wealth of knowledge and resources to pull a book together so we collaborated on ways to bring his teachings into several worksheets to prompt and guide participants through his system of emotional wellness. Using his Biko Method, we created seven interactive sections within the workbook to seamlessly transitions from reflection to strategy to action.
