Collaboration

I was introduced to Teresa and Kim by my colleague and friend Judy, who knew of their interest in creating a notebook to track various practices for better habit maintenance and success. Each of us brought a unique perspective to the project and we decided to test the experiment of this concept among a wider audience in a pilot program.

PILOT Program

While Teresa and Kim were seasoned users of this system with valuable insights, our shared goal was to collectively refine the tracking journal to serve not only as a record-keeping tool but also as an effective support system for personal development and growth.

To test the concept, we first created this 30 day sample journal and gathered a group of people to practice this tracking system.

The Journal

We refined the tracking journal based on feedback from the pilot program, incorporating a Practice Clarifier to help pinpoint practices aligned with your core values. Living incongruently with these values can lead to inner conflict and a sense of inauthenticity.

Includes a detailed practice clarifier exercise, space to include a simple vision board, and 52-week charts to track your practices, wins, and personal insights.

The Book

Two is better than one!

Recognizing the need for additional supportive resources, the group embarked on creating a non-fiction book to deepen the system's significance. The book delves into the selection, tracking, and implementation of practices to reinforce personal growth and development.
